Horse + Bamboo Theatre Company have been making and touring high quality visual theatre for over 30 years. They create work that is playful, moving and inspiring, with a distinctive handmade aesthetic based around beautifully carved puppets, handmade masks and music.
In 2015 I worked with the company to explore viable touring models for two of their visually enchanting children’s theatre shows – RED RIDING HOOD (a gorgeously rendered re-telling of the classic girl-and-the-wolf tale) and STORM IN A TEACUP (the captivating story of a lonely lighthouse keeper’s search for friendship).
